Utah Transit Authority and partners to host Transit Day on the Hill at Utah State

WHAT: Statewide transit providers and Metropolitan Planning Organizations will showcase transit’s role in planning, community development and economic impact. Transit Day on the Hill highlights how transit connects communities, drives economic growth, reduces congestion and supports sustainability efforts across our state.

UTA representatives will answer questions about the agency’s Five-Year Service Plan, which adds more than 9 million service miles to the UTA System; service details for the 2034 Winter Olympics; and the innovative projects underway that make public transit more accessible, efficient and impactful for all Utahns.
