Project Description:
The South Jordan Downtown TRAX station project is constructing a new TRAX platform on the Red Line in South Jordan at approximately 11000 South Grandville Avenue, to accommodate population and commercial growth in the area. Construction began Summer of 2024 and is anticipated to be complete Spring of 2025. UTA will need to shut down TRAX service for conduit placement at the new platform 10/25 through 10/27, between Daybreak Parkway Station and 4800 West Station. There will be a bus bridge providing service in place of TRAX between Daybreak Parkway and 4800 W, with stops at South Jordan Parkway and 5600 W. Riders are advised to begin their trip at either station to avoid delays. Expect 15-to-30-minute delays.

Project Purpose and Benefit:
The project will provide an additional TRAX station for South Jordan service.

Shutdown: Friday October 25 – Monday, October 27
